Musim Mas is seeking an Electrical and Instrument Engineer to join our team across Indonesia. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation systems across our state-of-the-art facilities. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our electrical infrastructure and process control equipment.

Posisi :

Electrical and Instrument Engineer

What you'll be doing

Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems, motors, and control panels
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximise uptime
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise plant performance
Providing technical support and training to operations personnel
Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical and safety regulations
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical or Instrumentation Engineer in the manufacturing industry
Proficient in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control panels
Strong understanding of instrumentation and process control systems
Understanding of electric power distribution, electrical circuit design, heavy current plant, preferably experienced as boiler technician
Basic understanding of operational process in refinery
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and industry best practices
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
