Store EIGER tersebar di Indonesia, dan akan melakukan inovasi untuk menembus pasar tropis dunia.

Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Ronny Lukito yang pertama kali memulai bisnisnya pada 1979 di Bandung, Jawa Barat dengan bermodalkan dua mesin jahit. Sebuah rumah di Jalan Saad, Bandung seluas 600 m2 menjadi lokasi produksi pertamanya sebagai home industry. Exsport hadir sebagai merek produk pertama berorientasi pada school life, hangout, dan traveling yang kemudian hadir EIGER berorientasi pada kebutuhan perlengkapan dan peralatan gaya hidup penggiat alam terbuka, serta Bodypack yang mengacu pada urban lifestyle.

What you will Need to Succeed :

  • Fresh Graduate/ must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major with min. GPA 3.00.
  • Active in organization / have internship experience is a MUST.
  • Passion for the fashion retail industry and a genuine interest in pursuing a leadership career in the sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, target & customer oriented with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, selling strategy, coordinate a team and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
  • Flexibility to relocate and work in different locations as required by the rotational assignments.
  • Willing to work on weekend / holidays.
