English Teacher for Kids & Adult

Qualifications & experience

• Experienced in teaching children, teenagers, and adults min. 1 year
• Proficient in TOEFL ITP (500) or Duolingo (95)
• Skilled in understanding diverse learning styles
• Experienced in creating lesson plans for classes
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility
• Open-minded, creative, and eager to learn new things
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Medan

Tasks & responsibilities

• Create & deliver engaging lessons
• Classroom management
• Assess student progress & provide individualized support
• Motivate, inspire students, & provide constructive feedback
• Adapt lessons for different ages & learning styles
• Maintain records & documentation
• Continuously Improve Teaching Methods
