Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.
Posisi :
Import Officer MEDAN
- Make import plans and budgets in accordance with company goals and strategies.
- Handle import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee shipping arrangements, including vessel booking for cargo transportation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to facilitate smooth and timely shipments.
- Handle truck arrangements, optimizing routes, and managing logistics for land transportation.
- Negotiate contracts, rates and services with vendors and carriers to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Track shipment and resolving problems that may occur during the logistics process, such as delays, damage, loss, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting, and compliance purpose.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Report to management on job progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in import operation, including vessel booking and logistics arrangement.
- Strong knowledge of import operations, international trade, customs procedures & processes, domestic & foreign laws and regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, responsible, resourceful, proactive with a sense of urgency and willing to grow with the company.
- Familiar with and having knowledge about international Shipping, Incoterms, Export-Import operation, LARTAS and HS Code/Tarif Classification.
- Understand documentation procedures (D/O, BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, Manifest, COO, etc) and holding PPJK license is preferred.
- Ability to correspond and communicate independently with clients and having communication & negotoation skill is essential.
- English Fluency in communication and correspondence.
- Placement : Medan, North Sumatra.
