Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia, PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

DATA SPECIALIST AND HR CORE ASSISTANT

Role & Responsibility :

Responsible for maintaining employee transactions and records for data integrity and accuracy to support standard reports, analytical reports and audits
Ensure employee administration and documentation is carried out in a timely manner in accordance with government regulations, company regulations and best practices for HR
Ensure continuous improvement to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR administration processes.
Responsible as a Workday Subject Matter Expert and key liaison to internal and external stakeholders to provide overall operational effectiveness while supporting data integrity.

Qualification :

Minimum S1 in all majors
Proficient in operating MS Windows, MS Office ((experience using Power BI (or other analytical tools) and Visio (or tools for flowcharts and other diagrams) will be a plus.
Working knowledge of workday system would be an advantage
Be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
