About Graduate Trainee Program

The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured, accelerated development program designed for recent graduates to become future business leaders at CCEP Indonesia. You will undergo a comprehensive 24-month development program that includes formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and across functions.

Qualifications :

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
