Posisi :

PPIC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and operational goals.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotations, and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.
Analyze production data, forecasts, and inventory reports to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Work closely with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Identify areas for improvement in planning and inventory processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and resource utilization to senior management.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in a palm oil refinery or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
