Posisi :

HC Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan : 

  • Develop and implement HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Promote leadership development and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Coach managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
  • Develop and execute succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and ensuring effective communication.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Identify training needs and implement programs that grow employee capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree / Master Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
  • Placement : Medan – North Sumatera.
