Posisi :

HC Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Develop and implement HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
Promote leadership development and organizational learning initiatives.
Coach managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
Develop and execute succession planning and career development initiatives.
Develop and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Develop and execute organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and ensuring effective communication.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Identify training needs and implement programs that grow employee capabilities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree / Master Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
Proven track record in strategic human capital management and driving large-scale organizational change.
Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience with HR technology and data analytics to support decision-making and organizational strategy.
Placement : Medan – North Sumatera.
