Purchasing Manager

Job Description :

Take an active role in providing information for development Procurement Operations Plan, plan work activities identifying risks, governance, and controls.
Lead the team to investigate misses or accidents or qualities day to day and provide the specialities procurement knowledge to resolve the issues.
Lead operational procurement in line with purchasing corporate central policies and manuals, trust orders, and financial instructions related to revenue and capital direction from management.
Have the ability to lead multi-users and work effectively in a multi-functional team.
Independent thinker and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clarify user targets and requirement.
Coordinates overall operational procure to pay process.
Decide on purchasing of goods/services required and monitor their delivery progress.
Maintain communication to stakeholders and vendors.
Preparing and maintaining reports in order to maximise efficiency within the business; Negotiating and agreeing the most favourable terms possible with suppliers.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, from Pharmacy or Industrial Engineering, min. GPA is 3,00.
At least 5 years working experience as Purchasing Manager at Hospital.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients and suppliers.
An understanding of MRP cycle ORACLE software platforms.
Good knowledge about pharmacy , medical supplies , and medical equipments.
Literacy in English (speaking and writing).
Placement in Columbia Asia Medan (Jl. Listrik No.2A, Medan Petisah).
