UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Posisi :

S&OP Transfer Pricing Officer

Job Description

To evaluate the process of pricing policy and product costing, ensure the policy adhere to regulatory compliance.
Monitor the daily dispatch against the plan and communicate the status with senior stakeholders on weekly basis, facilitate risk analysis meetings to identify and implement corrective actions.
Provide and support with the Ad-hoc request from Finance head.
Work closely with planning department end to end process to finalize the month end planning.
Streamline S&OP and Transfer pricing process by liaising with Manufacturing, Sales, Planning, Logistics and Finance, develop strategy to optimize profitability and process.
Review, evaluate and monitor the controls, systems, authority matrix and policies, propose any control changes to controlling team for inefficient controls.
Develop the Transfer Pricing Improvement Project, implementing a unified system to achieve end-to-end traceability through data digitization.
Collaborating with sales, planning, logistic, and procurement departments to drive monthly and quarterly P&L forecast.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor of Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Management / Business Administration.
Able to speak & write in English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
