Staff Accounting

Qualifications & experience

• Female, max. 25 tahun
• Minimum education is D3 / S1 / Fresh Graduate
• Able to speak English (Hokkien is a plus)
• Understand the basic of accounting (journaling and financial reports)
• Proficient in using computers and Ms. Office (Word & Excel)
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
• Honest, thorough, disciplined, responsible and able to work both individually and in a team
• Initiative, responsible, diligent, & quickwitted

Tasks & responsibilities

• Organising the company's documents and files neatly
• Manually recording financial transactions
• Preparing and sending invoices to customer
• Manage customer databases with accurate contact information
• Managing accounts receivable
• Assisting with tax preparation and filing
