E/I Technician Utility

Qualifications & experience

Familiar with equipment in Palm Oil Factory and Power Plant.
Familiar with international standard such as: DIN, JIS, NEMA, SPLN, PUIL etc
Must have knowledge and repair about HV/LV electrical installation and motor control system
Must have knowledge and repair in the maintenance and operation of high-pressure boiler, medium pressure boiler, Steam Turbine, Cooling Tower, compressor, chiller and material handling equipment.
Must have extensive knowledge in the maintenance and repair of electronic/pneumatic instruments, electronic alarm and interlock system (digital/logic circuits) computer process, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control System (DCS).
Minimum Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering or relevant majoring.
Willing to work in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara.
Willing to work as PKWT in the first one-year join.

Tasks & responsibilities

Knows the proper use of E&I standard measuring and testing equipment’s.
Report to E&I Supervisor any abnormality or equipment breakdown for immediate corrective measures.
Responds to trouble shooting or emergency calls even off-duty hours and report to his superior.
Accountable for his personal issued tools, safety gadgets and manual and other materials under his custody.
Lead in installation of new electrical equipment, fabrication and assembly works of panels control & other electrical equipment’s when the need arises.
