Posisi :

Regional Human Resource & General Affair Manager (Palm Oil Plantation)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and regional needs
  • Analyze regional HR trends and provide recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve labor relations within the organization.
  • Advise senior management on industrial relations issues and strategies to minimize disputes and enhance employee relations.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement and oversee grievance and dispute resolution processes
  • Lead negotiations with labor unions and employee representatives to establish and maintain collective bargaining agreements.
  • Manage and resolve disputes arising from collective bargaining and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including labor unions, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees' skills and performance.
  • Promote leadership development and career growth opportunities within the region.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage general affairs functions including facilities management, safety, and administrative support.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities within the region

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management, law or Equivalent
  • Required language : English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the Palm oil plantation is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resource, Personnel & General Affair or Equivalent
  • Good Understanding in Labor law, regulation and policies
  • Knowledgeable in implementation of UU Cipta Kerja 
  • Experience in handling industrial / employee relation & social issue
  • Have experience in handling Personnel, Administration, Payroll, Asset & transport management
  • Understand the working culture of the Palm oil plantation
  • Good at managing administration
  • Have strong interpersonal skill & leadership skill
  • Willing to be placed in Labuhan Batu - Sumatera Utara.
