Posisi :
Sr. Officer-Rebuy & CVM (Circle Sumatra)
There are 2 vacant positions, for Brand Tri & Brand IM3 in Circle Sumatra.
- Develop and implement product strategies aimed at encouraging rebuy and enhancing customer value for brand.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and launch effective rebuy and retention campaigns.
- Develop personalized offers and communication strategies to improve customer retention and value.
- Collaborate with the customer service and analytics team to leverage customer insights for CVM initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure that rebuy and CVM efforts are integrated into broader product and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the overall revenue, ARPU, yield targets through effective rebuy and CVM strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for rebuy and upsell within the existing customer base through data analytics and market research.
- Drive CVM penetration at trade/retail channels to enhance customer engagement and royalty at the point of sale.
- Supporting region, sales teams and channel partners to effectively communicate and sell CVM propositions at the retail level.
- Monitor competitor movements in CVM to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis to benchmark CVM practices and identify areas for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in Product Management with a focus on product proposition for rebuy and customer value management.
- Preferably minimum 5 years experiences in marketing or sales, minimum 1 year in mid management position
- Experience in telecommunication or related industry is preferred.
- Experience in operation and sales is preferred.
- Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong engagement & coordination capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis tools (SQL, Ms Excel, etc).
- Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure conditions.
