Berikut kami sampaikan informasi Lowongan Kerja dari PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia, PT. Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) was established on January 3rd, 2012 and is wholly owned by Unilever Netherland.

UOI is one of the biggest Olechemical factories in the world and has been built on an area of 18 hectares, located in Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Blok M, N, R, S Huta VI District of Bosar Maligas, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Indonesia, where 30% of equipment manufacturers using domestic products, the plant is designed to process CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and 95% of the products will be used by Unilever factories around the world.

Quality Improvement Executive

Roles

Ensure the quality plan starting from raw material to finished product done based on procedures, in line with all implemented management system to support manufacturing activity, to develop, review and improve the processing and quality with aim to ensure efficient process manufacturing. Conduct evaluation, improvement and follow up on operational or non-operational activities to ensure continuous improvement well implemented and enhance effectivity especially in point of view quality of service and product resulted in UOI.

Responsibility & Authority

Responding all queries from sales and customer regarding complaint, also following up and investigating customer complaint according to UOI applicable customer complaint handling procedure.
Manage CCF and QBO Platform, also tracking and following up all submitted findings into the system.
Generating CPAR form, share it to related department and ensure investigation executed as per approved targeted timeline, also making sure that investigation report/CPAR completed and approved by all related manager before sending it to Customer/sales.
Ensure all CAPA (Complaint, QBO, NCR and improvement project) executed as per agreed timeline and making sure overall cases are closed properly.
Manage and maintain tracker of complain progress, Cost of Poor Quality, CAPA Implementation, Quality KPI and recall. Also ensuring all the prosess executed as per applicable terms and procedures.
Conduct Verification and follow up on Customer complaint, D-Incident and E incident.
Generating QBO summary report, share report to Management UOI, bridging QBO platform and area owner, also update data on platform as necessary.
Reporting D-incident and E-incident in the system for following up and findings closure.
Coordination with Procurement department to close and follow up all E-Incident report. Also validate and verify investigation submitted by Vendor/Supplier.
Manage and ensure trial process (in-Process, RM, PM, Improvement) run smoothly, including generating trial protocol, protocol approval, coordinating with related department, execution and supervising trial, creating report and documenting it properly.
Updating standard and requirement for process, material and transport/logistic. Ensuring all operational comply with applicable standard.
Evaluate and analyze performance of all plant from Quality perspective and generate program to tackle the issues.
Manage, arrange, execute and support all campaign/program to enhance awareness of all employee on importance of good quality culture.
Support and execute all other improvement project/program that are not covered in this Jobdesc, such as implementation of Unilever global program, improvement program from top management request, or program to solve top three issues from DPI analysis.

Job Qualifications

Minimum D3 Science or Engineering.
3 years minimum experiences.
Have basic knowledge about ISO 9001; Sistem Jaminan Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, ISO14000, ISO 45001, ISO 17025.
Have knowledge on business processes and industry (Oleochemical, noodle plant, surfactant and palm oil processes is adding value).
Have experience in problem solving and investigation a specific case/issue.
Having good knowledge on technology and quality of Oleochemical, Noodle Manufacturing and surfactant.
Good understanding in basic laboratory instrument and chemicals.
Understand of production and utility (including waste water treatment) in oleochemical manufacturing process and its problem.
Understand of SAP quality module.
Computer literate (Base function of office or equivalent).
Adequate understanding in English, both speaking and writing.
