Oleochem & Soap Industri, Oleochem and Soap Industri, established in the Year 2000, is a world-class manufacturing facility for soap bars, soap noodles & glycerin. It is one of the largest FMCG manufacturing companies in Indonesia having the complete solution for soaps under one roof. It is located in KIM II Mabar, Medan, North Sumatera – Indonesia, which is very close to the Belawan Port, which makes the logistics more viable & cost efficient.
The company has two state-of-the-art saponification plants. Both saponification plants have a capacity of 13 MT/hour put together. Saponification is capable to produce both full-boiled & half-boiled (swing) soap noodles. The facility is equipped with world-class Italian toilet soap bar manufacturing & packaging lines, which are capable to manufacture the high quality products. The plant is well-equipped to manufacture paper wrap, flow wrap (pillow pack) & duplex (floppy) box packaging for toilet soap bars. The facility has world-class laundry multipurpose soap bar manufacturing & packaging lines. The company has also a glycerin plant supported by modern equipment and modern system such as DCS (Distributed Control System) with capacity 13 MT/day. Oleochem & Soap Industri has an adequate capacity of around 72,000 MT/Year for toilet soap bars, laundry multipurpose soap bars, soap noodles & glycerin put together. The manufacturing facility is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HALAL, HAS 23000, SMK3, KOSHER, GMP certified, which demonstrates its commitment to manufacturing high-quality & top performing products. Posisi :
HR Admin & Payroll Officer
Job Description:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
- Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations.
- Scheduling salary payments and handing out paychecks.
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Entering new employee data into the company database.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc. and reporting on this
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, social security taxes, employer's social security, pension and workers compensation payments
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources management, or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as a payroll officer.
- Able to speak English
- Familiar with payroll software, procedures and policy.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to prepare and present HR Monthly reports
- Good knowledge in employee compensation, benefits and taxation (Pph 21)
- Able to work as individual and able to work as team in cross functional department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good health & physic
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Office & other related software
- Willing to placed in KIM 2 Medan
