Oleochem & Soap Industri, Oleochem and Soap Industri, established in the Year 2000, is a world-class manufacturing facility for soap bars, soap noodles & glycerin. It is one of the largest FMCG manufacturing companies in Indonesia having the complete solution for soaps under one roof. It is located in KIM II Mabar, Medan, North Sumatera – Indonesia, which is very close to the Belawan Port, which makes the logistics more viable & cost efficient.

The company has two state-of-the-art saponification plants. Both saponification plants have a capacity of 13 MT/hour put together. Saponification is capable to produce both full-boiled & half-boiled (swing) soap noodles. The facility is equipped with world-class Italian toilet soap bar manufacturing & packaging lines, which are capable to manufacture the high quality products. The plant is well-equipped to manufacture paper wrap, flow wrap (pillow pack) & duplex (floppy) box packaging for toilet soap bars. The facility has world-class laundry multipurpose soap bar manufacturing & packaging lines. The company has also a glycerin plant supported by modern equipment and modern system such as DCS (Distributed Control System) with capacity 13 MT/day. Oleochem & Soap Industri has an adequate capacity of around 72,000 MT/Year for toilet soap bars, laundry multipurpose soap bars, soap noodles & glycerin put together. The manufacturing facility is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HALAL, HAS 23000, SMK3, KOSHER, GMP certified, which demonstrates its commitment to manufacturing high-quality & top performing products. Posisi :

Production Superintendent (Soap Bar & Noodle Soap Industry)

Job Description :

Responsible for process and implementation of the production soap bar and noodle soap in both quantities and quality.
Ensure and Maintain daily production soap bar and soap noodle running well and smooth.
Able to make daily reports soap bar and soap noodle production.
Maintain good manufacturing practice productivity with regard to quality and quality and to ensure optimum utilization of production elements.
Planning the issuing and delivery of raw materials for stores and to ensure proper storage in identified area.
Participate in product development programs.
Ensure and responsible for the good housekeeping & good up keeping of all the company equipment & assets.
Comply with industrial safety regulations and the availability of the safety implements required.
Ensure the real time data entry to SAP system and accuracy of the data entry to be ensured.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical
Having Minimum 5 years of working experience as production superintendent in Soap Industry
Good communication in English both speaking & writing
Good in analytical thinking, problem solving, managing team, good leadership, good communication skills
Physically and mentally health
Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, GMP, and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
Willing to be located in KIM 2 Medan
