Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Farmers Community Manager (Tilapia Fish)

Job Objectives :

To manage the day-to-day operations of the cooperative, coordinating farming activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting sustainable and profitable aquaculture practices among small-scale Tilapia farmers in Lake Toba.

Job Descriptions :

Schedule and oversee harvests, stocking, and sampling.
Liaise with cooperative members to address operational issues.
Act as the primary contact between cooperative members and eFishery.
Promote and manage relationships between eFishery, farmers, communities, and local government.
Ensure cooperative members meet all regulatory requirements
Assist farmers in maintaining certification standards.
Work with eFishery's Quality team on certification management and compliance.
Collaborate with eFishery's Logistics team for fish harvest, transportation, and feed/fingerling delivery.
Coordinate with eFishery's Procurement team for recruiting new farmers and managing commercial aspects of cooperative activities.
Engage with eFishery's Government and External Affairs department on regulatory and government interactions.
Partner with eFishery's Technical team on farming productivity and improvement issues.

Job Requirements :

Job Competencies :

Ability to lead and manage a cooperative, driving alignment with eFishery's mission and goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, community leaders, and local authorities.
Sensitivity to and understanding of local cultures and languages, particularly Batak, to foster community trust and engagement.
