With the support of Japanese technology, AICA Indonesia has presently grown into a Leading Manufacturer of Cerarl, ToughTop, HPL, Compact, MFC, Wonder, Postform, Purecore, Realcore, Celcus, Veltouch, Backersheet & synthetic adhesive "AICA AIBON" in Indonesia. The Aica Indonesia products are produced in East Bekasi & the Indotaisei Cikampek Area in accordance with the Japan International Standard (JIS).

Saat ini kami membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

Posisi :

Plant Engineer (Supervisor Level)

Responsibilities

Supervise manufacturing process, maintenance, and modifications to infrastructure and support equipment (HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Electrical systems, etc)
Construct, evaluate and report maintenance and engineering results for the facility
Providing continual improvement processes and advice on engineering methods and procedures

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering background
Have at least 3 Years (s) of working experience in a related position in Chemical/Paper Manufacturing
Having a highly technical and strategy of operational excellence
Strong leadership skills, adaptability, loyalty, and good communication skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experienced in control system
Understanding the requirements and applications of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000 and SMK3
