HRGA Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all personnel administration process cycles, recruitment, people development, industrial relations, general affairs, et cetera.
• Make a strategy and plan for human resources.
• Maintain HR system and regulation.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, social science, or related disciplines Excellent interpersonal skills
• More than 7 years’ experience.
• Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated autonomy, motivation, and commitment; ability to deliver within deadlines
• Strong coordination, communication, and networking skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Multi-tasking skills
